#2: Myakka Mayhem
This long lariat is finished with a pre World War II
Chinese Military medal—something I’ve been using lately
as end pieces. The rest is Kenya mudbone, vintage deer
horn, abalone chards, and, well, everything but the
kitchen sink. This piece has been very popular in
stores such as Barney’s in New York and Gilda’s Boutique
in Newton, MA. By the way, the Myakka is the river in
Florida where the old Tarzan movies were made. And,
yes, the alligators are plentiful in the Myakka.
